All floral arrangements are custom-made and subject to seasonal availability. While we make every effort to match reference images and product descriptions, natural variations in flower types, colors, and design may occur. Images are provided for inspiration only and do not guarantee exact replication.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, inventory limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.

Delivery & Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. YnV Florals is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. For pickup orders, arrangements must be collected within the scheduled time window. Orders not collected may be discarded and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Perishable Nature of Products

Fresh flowers are perishable and sensitive to environmental conditions. Longevity varies based on care, temperature, handling, and placement. YnV Florals is not responsible for deterioration or damage occurring after delivery or pickup. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YnV Florals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

All website content, including text, images, branding, and designs, is the intellectual property of YnV Florals and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
