YnV Florals offers local delivery and in-store pickup for all floral arrangements. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Delivery Areas & Fees

Delivery is available within our designated service areas only. Delivery fees, zones, and available time windows are displayed at checkout and are subject to change based on location, demand, and seasonal volume. Same-day and peak-period deliveries are subject to availability and cutoff times.

Delivery Timeframes

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. While we make every effort to deliver within the selected time window, delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, high order volume, or circumstances beyond our control. YnV Florals is not responsible for delays once an order has left our studio.

Delivery Information Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including recipient name, address, phone number, access codes, and special instructions. YnV Florals is not liable for failed, delayed, or incomplete deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery attempts.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the arrangement may be left in a safe location at the driver's discretion, returned to our studio, or discarded depending on flower condition and timing. No refunds or replacements will be issued in these circumstances.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup orders must be collected during the selected pickup window and within store operating hours. Orders not collected on the scheduled date may be discarded due to the perishable nature of flowers and are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Post-Delivery Responsibility

YnV Florals is not responsible for damage caused after delivery or pickup, including exposure to extreme temperatures, weather conditions, pets, or improper handling. Once an order has been delivered or collected, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Peak Periods

During peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, holidays, and special events, delivery volumes are significantly higher. Delivery windows may be broader, and specific timing requests cannot be guaranteed during these periods.
